OISHI-M'S WONDERFUL COLOURS, PATTERNS AND FABRICS
At Oishi-m we produce lovingly made garments using unique fabrics (which are often screen printed by hand) and crafted by talented people. Whilst we strive for excellence, we aim for uniqueness over perfection. Because of the nature of our amazing fabrics, each item is an individual piece that might have different sections of a repeating pattern. This is the nature of crafted Oishi-m over mass produced, replicated products. Colours may also vary depending on the device used to look at our product imagery.
Children's clothing does deal with a lot of wear and tear and we will not refund, exchange or credit for normal wear and tear and any subsequent damage that might occur during play, washing or accidents.
To streamline our customer support processing times we are no longer offering exchanges for orders through www.oishi-m.com. You can place a new order if a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required, and return the original item(s) to us for a refund. Please take note of our Returns policy below. Customers of Oishi-m Torquay are however able to exchange instore with a valid receipt within 14 days of date of purchase and items in new, unworn, unwashed and with original packaging and tags attached.
Items can be returned if ordered originally from www.oishi-m.com or Oishi-m Torquay with a valid receipt within 14 days of date of purchase.
To return an item(s), please contact email@example.com and indicate the reason for the return and to obtain a Return Authorisation number. This number is required for your return to be accepted. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase – new, unworn, unwashed and with original packaging and tags attached. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the return postage back to Oishi-m. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding any postage paid.

If you feel you have a faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of your item and we will assess the item on a case by case basis and respond with a resolution.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
