OISHI-M'S WONDERFUL COLOURS, PATTERNS AND FABRICS
At Oishi-m we produce lovingly made garments using unique fabrics (which are often screen printed by hand) and crafted by talented people. Whilst we strive for excellence, we aim for uniqueness over perfection. Because of the nature of our amazing fabrics, each item is an individual piece that might have different sections of a repeating pattern. This is the nature of crafted Oishi-m over mass produced, replicated products. Colours may also vary depending on the device used to look at our product imagery.
Children's clothing does deal with a lot of wear and tear and we will not refund, exchange or credit for normal wear and tear and any subsequent damage that might occur during play, washing or accidents.
Items can be exchanged if ordered originally from www.oishi-m.com or Oishi-m Torquay with a valid receipt within 14 days of date of purchase.
Items bought from other Oishi-m Stockists will need to be processed direct with that retailer and their terms may vary. We all love a bargain, but please choose carefully with reduced items as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
If you decide to exchange your item for another item or size you must first contact firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the replacement item is available and that the exchange is eligible. You will receive a Return Authorisation number that needs to be included in your package.
Goods to be exchanged must be returned within 14 days of purchase – items must be new, unworn, unwashed and with original packaging and tags and still attached. Tracking of the returned items are encouraged as Oishi-m will not assume responsibility for any items until the items is received by us.
Address your package to; Oishi-m Returns, 2/19 Gilbert St, Torquay, Victoria, Australia 3228.Please remember that you must include your name and Return Authorisation number inside the package. Please also include a reply paid satchel for Oishi-m to send back your exchange item in. If a reply paid satchel is not supplied with the item to exchange, then an $8 postage cost for Australian orders or $14.95 for International destinations (inclusive of New Zealand) will be incurred to enable return postage.
To return an item(s), please contact email@example.com and indicate the reason for the return and to obtain a Return Authorisation number. This number is required for your return to be accepted. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase – new, unworn, unwashed and with original packaging and tags attached. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the return postage back to Oishi-m. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding any postage paid.

If you feel you have a faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of your item and we will assess the item on a case by case basis and respond with a resolution.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
