OISHI-M'S WONDERFUL COLOURS, PATTERNS AND FABRICS
At Oishi-m we produce lovingly made garments using unique fabrics (which are often screen printed by hand) and crafted by talented people. Whilst we strive for excellence, we aim for uniqueness over perfection. Because of the nature of our amazing fabrics, each item is an individual piece that might have different sections of a repeating pattern. This is the nature of crafted Oishi-m over mass produced, replicated products. Colours may also vary depending on the device used to look at our product imagery.
Children's clothing does deal with a lot of wear and tear and we will not refund, exchange or credit for normal wear and tear and any subsequent damage that might occur during play, washing or accidents.
Items purchased via our online or Torquay store can be returned for refund within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase or Return Authorisation number is needed for any item/s returned.
To return item/s purchased on our online store please use our online system. Select the item/s you wish to return from your order, indicate the reason for the return and obtain a Return Authorisation number. This number is required for your return to be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the postage cost of returning item/s back to Oishi-m. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding any postage paid.
Oishi-m items with a cut care tag have been sold knowingly as samples or seconds and therefore do not quality as faulty products.
We do not offer exchanges. You can return your item/s for a refund and place a new order for any different size, or alternative item/s required. That way we can get your replacement item/s out to you faster.
If you feel you have a faulty item, please email email@example.com with an image of your item and we will assess the item on a case by case basis and respond with a solution. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
