To guarantee your Oishi-m items before Christmas we recommend you order by the following dates:
Metro Australia - Order by Monday 18th December
Regional Australia - Order by Thursday 14th December
New Zealand - Order by Monday 11th December
International - Order by Monday 4th December
Postage in Australia is FREE to all metropolitan areas on orders over $80, otherwise $5. We deliver using Australia Posts's Express Post service and can ship to PO Boxes. Whilst we endeavour to post your order within 24 hours (during new release and sale periods this may be longer but we aim to process orders as fast as we can), please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive especially if we’re delivering outside the Express Post next day delivery network. Orders placed prior to 1:30pm each day will be shipped same day. Please note, add on orders will be charged their additional shipping rates, so we can despatch as fast as possible.
Postage to New Zealand is FREE for orders exceeding $100 or $9.95 for those less than $100. We'll send your order via Australia Post Express Courier. Whilst we endeavour to post your order within 24 hours (during new release periods this may be longer but we aim to process orders as fast as we can) please allow 4-10 working day delivery to New Zealand. Please note import Duties and Taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and it is up to the customer to find out what these costs may entail.
All orders to other regions worldwide are FREE for any orders exceeding $150. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $14.95. We'll deliver your order using Fed Ex. Whilst we endeavour to post your order within 24 hours (during new release periods this may be longer but we aim to process orders as fast as we can), please allow 4-14 working days (depending on location) for delivery to your destination.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc).
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Please note import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of international customers (outside of Australia) and it is up to the customer to find out what these costs may entail. To find out what the charges could be try using this calculator.
The delivery company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
