Responsible Business

Oishi-m Mission

Oishi-m is an independent Australian children's brand amplifying the stoke of childhood. From our unique and cherished clothing to the communities we nurture, we believe our business can be a force for good as we help express and celebrate the personality in each child.
Oishi-m is proud to be a certified B Corporation (B Corp) Business. B Corps are leaders of the global movement of people using business as a force for good. We meet certified standards of verified overall social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability, and aspire to use the power of business to solve social and environmental problems.
  • Ethics in production

The majority of our garments are locally made in Melbourne, and where the designs are more intricate, they're made by some incredible craftspeople internationally in China. Each of our garments on their care label and product descriptions on our website states the country they are made.

Both our local and international makers are screened on quality of workmanship and workplace standards. This covers off our ethical and professional standard requirements that we have created to ensure we're doing business with good people, doing great things and looking after the world around them.

We visit our local makers quarterly (as a minimum), and our international makers are visited 1-2 times a year to ensure standards and relationships are flourishing.
